Major advances have been made in the geometry and performance of our carbide tools, for example our HIGHFEED end mills which started out as a high performance 2 flute tool, we now make as a 4 & 6 flute tool for even faster feed rates. Titanium and stainless steels are less problem when using our unique geometry.

Our VIPERMILL variable fluted tools continue to give the user greater stability, faster feed rates, reduced vibrations, and doubles as a roughing and finishing tool. Combined with our new NANO coatings the VIPERMILL is a proven winner.

We are also introducing our new ALUMINUM series tools with variable helix angles and 3 flutes cutting to centre. This new series along with our ZR coating enables the tool to run deeper and faster with greatly enhanced chip evacuation.
